Full Circle's mentorship program: an alumni or industry mentor for each student, ten weeks every fall.

LAMP pairs ArtCenter students with alumni and industry mentors for ten weeks each fall. It opens with a meet-and-greet, then each pair sets its own rhythm: portfolio reviews, studio visits, job shadowing, a coffee every other week. The program closes with a showcase of what the students made. Mentors are Full Circle members and friends of the college; mentees are current students who apply in spring and summer.
Why join
- Mentors: give ten weeks to one student; meet the cohort at the kickoff and the showcase.
- Mentees: a working professional in your field, portfolio reviews and studio visits.
- Everyone: the career panel and the spring information session are open to all.
